We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a professional, technically strong and engaging individual to join our remarkable client as an Associate, in their London-based Employment Team.

In this role, you'll work on a variety of employment matters, including litigation, counseling, and compliance.

You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced attorneys and contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience practicing employment law, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and client satisfaction.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on employment law issues.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Provide advice and counsel to clients on employment-related matters, including hiring, termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour issues.
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies, as well as in mediation and arbitration.
• Assist with the preparation and trial of employment litigation matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient and effective client representation.
