Our SME client is actively looking to appoint an immediately available, highly experienced, ER Specialist / Manager who has evidence of handling complex ER cases including well-being interventions, complex grievance and disciplinaries, re-building engagement change and supporting restructuring projects.

The role reports to the Head of HR and will be supporting on the above whilst the team are delivering on a large scale redundancy project.

The role needs to be based in the office 2-3 days per week to support the managers who need hands on support, alongside supporting the junior HR team members.
