We're looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our well-established and expanding HR team based at our headquarters in Halesowen.
About the role:
As the ER Advisor, you will lead on ER cases and provide consistent and practical specialist employee relations, employment law and change management advice and guidance to business stakeholders. The purpose of this role is to support the branch network with advice and guidance on ER matters in line with company policy.
What you'll be doing and what we're looking for.
Initially you'll working on getting our hiring manager population training up-to date. This a great opportunity to get to know the community and really put your stamp on things. You'll then move onto case work and learn how to apply the policy to a wide variety of departments branches and situations. We're looking for someone with a consultative style and who is excels at finding solutions.
You'll ideally be qualified to CIPD Level 3 with an understanding of TUPE, handling casework and the big one; the Employment Rights Bill.
Hayley Dexis is a busy and evolving business where problem solving and adapting to different situations are key. We are looking for someone who is open minded and who will thrive in developing HR function.
Working hours:
Office Based
Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week.

Interviews will take place on 24th July and will be held at our Halesowen offices.
Candidates selected for interview will be asked to prepare a short presentation about the new Employment Rights Bill followed by interview questions focused on skills, knowledge, experience and motivations.
