My client is hiring an Employee Relations Advisor to be a key driver in cultivating a harmonious work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions, to promote a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct investigations into workplace complaints, ensuring fair and unbiased resolutions.
- Develop and deliver employee relations training programs to enhance communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Employee Relations Advisor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and mediate conflicts effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
