Employee Relations 3 month FTC £70 - £90k pro rata - Carnegie Consulting Ltd : Job Details

Due to a strategic change of direction they are reducing the size of one of these teams, hence this opportunity to lead a downsizing exercise.

This will take place in June, July and August and will primarily be office based (Canary Wharf)

The Role

• Lead the Collective Consultation and Redundancy for between 20 and 30 people.
• Run meetings with managers across the business
• Guide the process in a professional and meticulous manner
• Keep the C-Suit fully informed and comfortable with the process.
• Some more BAU HR Generalist cover may be needed on occasion to support the HR Team.

The Candidate

• Must have plenty of ER experience within a FCA regulated firm. Ideally a Bank.
• Must have experience leading Collective Consultations.
• Must be free to work in June, July and August in the Canary Wharf Office
