What You'll Do* Manage and grow a portfolio of Group Risk clients* Identify and win new business opportunities* Deliver expert consultancy and tailored insurance solutions* Negotiate with insurers and support scheme design & claims guidance* Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory developments

What We're Looking For* Proven UK experience in Group Risk broking/consultancy* Strong track record in business development and client management* Excellent communication, commercial insight, and negotiation skills* Industry qualifications (e.g. GR1, CII) a plus
