Are you experienced in pensions and employee benefits administration and ready to take the next step in your career?
We’re working with a respected IFA who is looking for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their growing team. You’ll be supporting workplace pension schemes, auto-enrolment, salary sacrifice, and wider employee benefits (Group Life, Income Protection, PMI, Dental, Cash Plans etc.).
You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, providers and advisers – handling queries, processing new joiners/leavers, managing contribution files, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. It’s a busy, varied role where attention to detail, communication skills and pensions knowledge really make a difference.
