Employability Partnerships Lead - Red 5 People Ltd : Job Details

Would you like to play a key role in connecting people to vital employment and wellbeing support across Greater Manchester?We’re recruiting for a Partnership Coordinator to help build strong referral pathways into a range of employment support and wellbeing programmes. You’ll be the link between local authorities, Jobcentres, health and care networks, voluntary/community organisations, and specialist providers – making sure people get access to the right support.What you’ll be doing:

• Driving referrals into employment support and wellbeing contracts
• Understanding different programmes and matching people to the right support
• Building and maintaining partnerships with Jobcentres, local authorities, community and voluntary organisations, and health/care networks
• Supporting programme performance and meeting agreed targets

About you: You’ll be confident, flexible, and proactive, with experience of partnership or stakeholder engagement in the employability, health, or voluntary/community sector. This role could suit someone who has worked as an Employment Advisor, Employer Engagement Officer, Partnership Coordinator, Engagement Worker, Keyworker, or similar.What’s in it for you?
