Robert Half is working with a global software & services provider who are recruiting for a EMEA Payroll Manager role, that is based in Hammersmith.

This EMEA Payroll Manager role is for an established and growing company who are looking for a permanent candidate with a process improvement mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will progress with the company's growth and came about due to promotions within the team. The role is 2 days a week working from their office in Hammersmith and 3 days working from home.

Role

The EMEA Payroll Manager for this exciting company will be responsible for a variety of duties including:

• Payroll across 9 countries
• Owning end-to-end payroll process
• Leading a team of 3 Payroll Specialists
• Developing and improving payroll policies
• Liaising with internal stakeholders

Profile

The EMEA Payroll Manager candidate for this business should have the following profile:

• Experience with global payroll
• Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a large company
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Excel skills

Salary & Benefits

£55,000 - £65,000 DOE

• 9% pension (no employee contribution)
• Bonus (company profit share)

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training
