Job Location : Watford, UK
Based in Watford, Hertfordshire, our client is looking for an EMEA Payroll Manager to join their team on a permanent and hybrid-working basis.
This job would suit someone with 10 -12 years of relevant experience in payroll management in a diverse, complex global enterprise to be responsible for overseeing the payroll processes, with a pivotal role in coaching, mentoring, and developing the team ensuring that monthly pay runs are processed accurately and on time. This is a key position in the EMEA Finance department that will lead a team of 9 payroll professionals, with a main role in payroll vendor management.
The company has exciting growth plans over the next 12 months as they sell globally so exciting times for expansion. Due to the nature of the business, you would need experience with international EMEA payroll.
The successful individual will have experience in managing third-party payroll services providers such as ADP. They will be able to coach, mentor and provide leadership development to team members to optimise operational excellence. Project management experience is key as you will be managing projects across multi-disciplinary functions of Payroll within allotted timeframes and budgets.
Proven experience in working with systems are essential, such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP Celergo & ADP Global View, ADP E-Time, Kelio. This payroll manager must have experience in payroll system implementation - data validation and data analysis, implementation of Payroll Internal Controls and Procedures. Understanding of SOX Compliance controls for Payroll processes is also a requirement to be considered for this role.
