Our client, a global aerospace company, urgently require a Electronics Training Designer to join their team.

The role:

• Work from training objectives set out by the client and design and develop the necessary training courses required.
• Produce controlled course training package (CTP)
• Deliver pilot courses with instructors when necessary
• Review existing training materials to work towards course design improvements
• Review suitability of e-learning

Experience/Skills:

• Working knowledge of electronic equipment
• Experience of electronic controls beneficial
• Military background / experience beneficial
• HNC / HND or equivalent in Electronics
• Must be able to achieve SC security clearance level for this role
