Electrician/ Technical Sales (Off the Tools/ Solar PV)

Okehampton (Field Based)

£35,000 - £40,000 + Paid Travel + Career Progression + In-House Training + Great Commission

Are you an Electrician looking to get off the tools, or a Salesperson from an Electrical or Solar background, looking for a role at a family-run and tight-knit Solar services provider, who have gone from strength to strength since their creation and as a result looking to employ another member to their friendly team?

Do you want to work in a role that offers extensive earning potential through a generous commission structure and a great yearly salary, with the added benefits of in-house training on Solar system Design, achievable career progression into senior roles, and paid travel.

On offer is a fantastic opening at a close-knit family run renewable services company, currently working on a wide variety of renewable energy projects at both a domestic and commercial scale, including large scale Solar Panel and Solar Battery installations, as well as other state of the art Renewable and Solar Energy solutions and services.

In this role you will be the go-to person for selling and designing Solar PV and Solar Battery systems for a variety of private clients, you will attend client meetings and run through the overall Design of the project, and then further securing the sale and sign-off for the job. This position consists of existing clients and cold calling/ BDM will not be needed.

This role would suit an Electrician looking to get off the tools, or a Salesperson from an Electrical or Solar PV background, looking for a role at a close-knit, family run Renewable services company, with the further benefits of in-depth training on Solar system Design, scalable career progression into management roles, and paid company travel.

The Role

• Attending client meetings and securing the sale of Solar projects
• Designing Solar projects through a variety of Design packages
• Covering a patch consisting of Devon and Cornwall

The Person

• Electrician looking to get off the tools
• Salesperson from an Electrical or Solar background
• Full UK driving license
