Electrician - Residential & Commercial - Guernsey

Relocation to Guernsey required.

£45,000 - £55,000

FULL TIME - PERMANENT

Information on the role

• Designing, installing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential & commercial buildings
• Reading and interpreting technical diagrams and blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems
• Identifying and repairing electrical issues, such as malfunctioning wiring, faulty electrical switches, and circuit breakers
• Ensuring that electrical systems are up to code and meet safety standards.
• Collaborating with other professionals, such as architects and engineers, to design electrical systems for new construction projects
• Providing guidance and training to apprentices and other electricians.

What we’d like from you

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• C&G 2391-52
• CSCS
• Experience with Smart Home Installations, BMS, BMES or MEP/M&E, & Residential, & Commercial buildings
• Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations, planning legislation, and health and safety
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Commercially astute and business focused
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
