BJ20 - Electrical Technician (Asset Care)Location: FeatherstoneSalary: £37,000 - £46,000 (Dependant On Experience)Working Hours: Monday - Friday (1 in 4 weekends)First Military Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Electrical Technician on behalf of our client based in Featherstone. • HSHE awareness – Ensure that all tasks are carried out safely, adhering to all safe working practices.
• Respond to production breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Identify and solve the root-cause problems to provide long term solutions.
• Observe and communicate any required improvements on production machinery to support a continuous improvement culture.
• Completion of Asset Care/TPM to plan.
• Take part in / manage key projects and initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Achieved an Electrical Engineering qualification L3 or above
• Experienced in maintaining industrial equipment
• Capable of reading and working through electrical drawings
• Good overall mechanical knowledge
• Experienced in pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• FLT/MEWP (desirable)
• Good level of PLC knowledge and understanding
