rief OutlineMY client is currently looking for a Supervisor with an electrical bias to join a well-established fire and security contractor working on flagship contracts across the North West London area.The works predominantly involve installation of; Fire alarms, Smoke detection systems, AOV, Smoke ventilation, PA Systems, amongst other areas.The role will involve initially overseeing a major multi million pound contract for the company on a new build apartment for a tier 1 main contractor client, with further work in the pipeline to oversee.About Our ClientThe company have been operating for over 20 years, undertaking work on new build, refurb and maintenance projects. They have a varied client base in the North West London region and a long pipeline of work for the coming years ahead.The business has a young, dynamic and energetic management team with a strong business plan in place.About The RoleDuties include;Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals.Develop full-scale project plans and associated documents.Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.Oversee ongoing budget controlDetermine and assess need for additional staffSet and continually manage project expectationsDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation and presentations.About The CandidateProven record in Supervisor Role for active fire protection system installationUsed to on site PM role and client facing activityExcellent analytical skills are essential, as are numeracy, literacy and communication skills in EnglishComputer literacy in MS Office, ProjectPoints of AppealAutonomy in the role with prospects of progression to higher managementEstablished contractor with a long pipeline of work and large varied client baseCompetitive salary and benefits
