Unify are proud to be partnering with a highly respected general contractor in the data centre sector. We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction / Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects in Sweden.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing the electrical scope of large-scale data centre construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This is a rare opportunity to work on technically advanced builds in one of the fastest-growing industries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all electrical construction phases from planning to commissioning.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and on-site delivery teams.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and quality requirements.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure seamless integration with other project disciplines.

Must-Have Requirements:

• EU Passport (for ease of travel and work eligibility).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical site management.
• Data centre or pharmaceutical project experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
