Electrical Project Manager - Time Recruitment : Job Details

Our client specialise in air conditioning and ventilation system installations and provide services to main contractors and end users across the Northwest.Due to expansion and repeat business they are looking to appoint a Project Manager with the hopes of internally developing them into a senior operational role. For the right candidate, this could be achieved within the first 6-12 months of appointment.Please see the below information on the role.Role: Project ManagerCompany: Electrical ContractorSectors: Commercial, Government, Maintenance, New Build, HealthcareLocation of Projects: Majority in the Northwest but some on occasion in the Midlands and in LondonSalary & Package: £50,000-£55,000 plus £6.000 car allowance, private healthcare, annual leave, pension contribution.Bonus: Tiered structure depending on performance. Average PM in the business totally £70,000 salary and package with bonus structure. Start date: May 2024Duties and Responsibilities* Running electrical contracts and projects* Procurement of materials and maintaining supply chain to ensure it remains in-line with program.* Creating project programs* Overseeing the profit and loss of each project to maintain profitability.* Managing 3-4 projects at a time* Dealing with preconstruction and variation in costs* Referring to the design specification and managing client* Handing projects on time and in budget to promote repeat business.Ideally someone living within 20 miles of the office, which is based in Manchester, have an electrical background with 10+ years experience in Project Management.If you are interested in applying, please submit an updated CV.Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
