Your new companyWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Building Services provider with over 45 years of experience delivering Mechanical and Electrical solutions across a wide range of sectors, including Industrial, Logistics, Food, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Mining, Healthcare, Commercial, Hotel & Leisure, High-End Residential, Public, and Energy.Recognised with multiple industry awards and a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects across Ireland, the UK, and mainland Europe, this company is known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and professional development.Your new roleAs an Electrical Project Engineer based in Kettering, you will report to the Site Electrical Project Manager and play a key role in supporting the delivery of electrical installations on a major project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing site QA/QC procedures and producing regular reports
• Coordinating and reviewing technical drawings
• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Raising RFIs and resolving technical issues
• Preparing handover and test packs
• Maintaining accurate document control

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive and self-motivated approach
• Experience supporting site installation teams (desirable)
• Fluent English and a keen eye for detail
