You will have the autonomy to develop and implement strategy whilst also managing a long-standing and growing Engineering workforce. This role would suit an Electrical Manager looking for a stable secure role within a great working environment and full autonomy.The Role.

• Management of Electrical Engineering department.
• Reliability and Continuous Improvement.
• Monday - Friday days (8am - 4.30pm with flexibility).

The Person.

• Electrical experience.
• Management, Supervisory or Head of experience.
• Ideally from a FMCG background.
• Commutable to Bristol.
