Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Chelsea, London

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £45,000 to £48,000 subject to experience level

We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a very prestigious site in Chelsea.

This is working on a very high end site that is only newly renovated to a very high spec. The building is supported by two strong engineers that already have a background in BMS and HVAC

This engineer will be dealing with all of the sites electrical maintenance within the communal areas, car parks as well as the private luxury accommodation.

The right person for this position will be electrically qualified holding Level 3 and 18th Edition. It would be a major advantage if this person had test and inspect or LVAP but it is not essential

It is essential that this person has had experience in dealing with very high end clients and knows how to carry themselves in front of them.

Requirements

• Strong commercial electrical maintenance background
• Must be level 3 electrical qualified with 18thEdition
• Commutable to Chelsea
• 2391 or LVAP would be a bonus
• Very client focused person
• Must have experience working on high end sites

Package

• Basic salary based on a 40 hourweek
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Pension
• Overtime can be made available
