A growing packaging and bottling business in Littlehampton is looking to hire an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support its expanding production output. The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for keeping automated and semi-automated machinery running efficiently, while ensuring downtime is minimised.

As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be working hands-on across conveyors, control panels, sensors, motors, and safety circuits. This Electrical Maintenance Engineer role requires a strong working knowledge of fault-finding and small electrical installations.

Key Tasks (as Electrical Maintenance Engineer):

• Diagnose and repair faults across automated production equipment
• Work with PLC-controlled systems (basic understanding needed)
• Maintain panel wiring, sensors, and 3-phase equipment
• Support with electrical upgrades and new installations
• Keep detailed maintenance logs as an organised Electrical Maintenance Engineer
