Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Elevation Recruitment Group : Job Details

Elevation Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading manufacturer to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team based in Immingham.

Working Hours- 4 on 4 off days and nights x3 blocks of rotation then 10 days off!Salary £46,000Benefits

Duties of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer will include: 

• Work to the company's Safety, Health, Environmental policy, associated standards and procedures
• Providing first line maintenance/breakdown
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks
• Facilitate lean ways of working to minimise waste and maximise efficiency
• Leading, coaching and developing other employees
• Practise continuous improvement, innovation and pro-activeness for improved ways of working
• Ensure that all parts required are booked out correctly

We are keen to speak with Electrical Maintenance Engineers with the following:

• NVQ level 3 qualified in an electrical engineering or equivalent
• Experience within a manufacturing environment for 5 years+
• Experience of fault finding on PLCs and working from drawings
• Must also have 18th edition
• Good fault finding and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of continuous improvement programmes, particularly planned maintenance activities
