Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Veritone : Job Details

A large national FM and maintenance company is looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large site in Liverpool street EC2M 4UJ. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team working a Shift pattern with 4days on and 4 days off

Job Purpose:In your new role as a Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will play a criticalrole in ensuring the continuous operation and safety of my client's officeMechanical systems. You will work closely with a team of engineers andtechnicians to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks, helping tocreate a secure and comfortable environment for our staff.Job role:

• Carrying out pre planned and reactive maintenance (Electrical)
• Operating BMS systems
• Perform scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVACsystems, including chillers, air handling units, and ventilation systems.

• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities

Management environmentWe are looking for individuals with:

• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work

procedures and safe systems of working.

• Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment

• Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual

handling, working at heights.

• Good verbal and written communication is important,

including the ability to use a mobile device.

• You'll need to be highly self-motivated and solutions

focused with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoyworking as part of a team.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose Mechanical equipment and

system issues, implementing effective solutions promptly.

• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential

problems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop and

implement maintenance schedules and strategies.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance

activities in adherence to Organization's policies.

• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency

response, ensuring Mechanical systems, reliability 24/7.

• Adhere to strict infection control measures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3/ C&G 3 qualification(mechanical/plumbing)
• Commercial maintenance experience
• Full UK driving licence
