Are you looking for a new opportunity where you can utilise your experience and knowledge of Electrical/Electronic Engineering to inspire the next generation of engineers?

A client of mine are currently offering a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Electrical Engineering Instructor to share their knowledge and expertise, at their well-established Small Private Training Company located in East Sussex. They have been operating for over 30 years specializing in providing high-quality, engineering apprenticeship programs.

They are ideally looking for somebody to start on either a part-time or full-time permanent basis in September 2024.

• Teach and mentor level 2-3 apprentices in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons, both theoretical and practical
• Assess and provide feedback on student progress
• Create and update course materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of a diverse group of learners
• Provide support and guidance to apprentices throughout their training journey
• Assess and evaluate student work to ensure they meet the required standards
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
• Collaborate with industry professionals to enhance the apprenticeship program

• Hold a relevant qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Have substantial industry experience in a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of electrical and electronic principles
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
