Electrical Design Engineer

Location: Weymouth, Hybrid 3 days a week on-site

Salary: £52,000, hybrid, training, development, travel, Private Medical, Life Cover, Pension Plan, Salary sacrifice schemes (Electric vehicles and eBikes)

Are you an Electrical engineer looking to join a growing company? And have you had lots of training and development in your career?

Here is a role where you will be provided training to get up to speed and then will play a vital role in the growth of the company, supporting their new global projects with innovative electrical designs.

You will work on UK and EU Engineering & Construction defence projects in a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that the group and you maintain the company's quality, safety and efficiency standards.

You will be working on a brand new project that has come in for a 15-year contract for the company, designing Electrical Systems from concepts, detailed designs, to installation drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Electrical Systems design
• Collaborate with other teams
• Generate and manage BOMs

Experience & skill set:

• Electrical Design experience (Preferred in military, automotive, maritime or civil industries)
• Autodesk AutoCAD
• Knowledge of BS and ISO standards
