Electrical Design Engineer – Building Services?? Location: Aylesford?? Salary: £35,000 to £60,000?? Full-time | Hybrid working available!Are you an Electrical Design engineer ready to step up in your building services career? We’re looking for a talented Intermediate or Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join a supportive, people-first consultancy where wellbeing, respect, and genuine team spirit are at the heart of everything they do.With a strong track record across luxury residential and educational projects, and an exciting pipeline of design work ahead (including a major new project), the team is growing! You'll be joining a business where staff tenure often exceeds 25 years, and diversity, flexibility, and kindness aren't buzzwords – they’re real values lived day-to-day.The Role:You’ll be responsible for the electrical design and integration of building services systems – including lighting, power, LV/HV distribution, fire alarms, security, and IT/AV systems – using tools such as Amtech and Dialux.Key Responsibilities include:

• Deliver full electrical building services designs and calculations.
• Liaise with clients, attend meetings, and present design briefs and technical reports.
• Contribute to internal technical reviews and mentor junior staff where appropriate.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in an Electrical Design Engineer in the building services industry (High end Residential experience beneficial but not essential)
• A collaborative mindset, problem-solving attitude, and a passion for quality design.
