EL/PL Claims SolicitorLiverpool£30,000 - £40,000My client, a prestigious legal firm, is currently seeking a talented Casualty Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE to bolster their esteemed team in Liverpool or Manchester. This is an exceptional opportunity to become an integral part of a dedicated Commercial Casualty team renowned for its expertise in defending public (PL) and employers' liability (EL) claims across the private sector.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload primarily comprising fast track claims, with potential involvement in multi-track claims based on experience.
• Conduct thorough investigations into liability, liaising with clients, opponents, courts, and witnesses.
• Complete MI procedures as required.
• Achieve set financial and chargeable targets.
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, SLAs, quality measures, and KPIs.
• Maintain compliance with relevant policies and procedures in alignment with the firm's values.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing defendant EL/PL casualty claims is essential.
• 0-2 years PQE.
• Working knowledge of PL and EL Law.
• Demonstrated experience in handling a personal casualty caseload.
• Strong influencing, communication, interpersonal, and team working skills.
