This role involves managing and coordinating all aspects of EHCPs, ensuring timely assessments, maintaining strong communication with parents, teachers and supporting the school's SEND provision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the EHCP process from referral to review, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
• Liaise with families, local authorities and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all EHCP cases
• Support staff in understanding and implementing EHCP requirements
• Promote best practices in SEND support within the school environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in SEND coordination, ideally within a school setting
• Strong knowledge of the EHCP framework and SEND legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and professionals
