Educational Health Care Plan Co-ordinator - Further Education CollegeAylesbury£30,484 per annum (Pro rata for fractional posts)Full-Time | 37 Hours per Week

Are you passionate about supporting learners with additional needs and helping them overcome barriers to education? We're working in partnership with a leading Further Education college in the South to recruit a dedicated Educational Health Care Plan Co-ordinator to join their high-performing Learning Support team.

As EHCP Co-ordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality provision for students with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs), in line with the SEND Code of Practice. Working across three campuses, you'll collaborate with curriculum staff, parents/carers, and external agencies to coordinate and review EHCPs and drive outcomes for learners with SEND.

What You'll Need:

• Two A-Levels (or equivalent Level 3), plus GCSEs in English and Maths

• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and Preparing for Adulthood

• Extensive experience supporting learners with additional needs and liaising with families and professionals

• Deep knowledge of EHCP processes, including annual reviews

• Awareness of the challenges faced by learners with SEND in FE settings
