Education Recruitment Consultant - Bristol £24K - £30k DOE

Permanent People are delighted to be working with a forward-thinking recruitment company specialising within the teaching and education sector based in fantastic, modern office space on the outskirts of North Bristol.

They are experiencing growth and are looking to expand their team by hiring an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This is a 360-recruitment role, where you will be working on your own area desk, sourcing and generating the best secondary candidates to fit your client’s needs and requirements.

There will be existing clients for you to work with so building relationships with them will be a priority.

About you -

• MUST have at least 1 year 360 recruitment experience (ideally education or healthcare but would consider any temp high volume sector)
• Self-motivation, determination, energy, drive and enthusiasm
• Excellent organisational and time-manage skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a busy workload
• Confident, articulate, presentable and professional
• Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
• A resilient, positive individual with a can-do attitude
