The Role

We are expanding our Cambridge team and are looking to recruit an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant looking to be part of an exciting project. This is a full time, hybrid education recruitment consultant role based in Cambridge with flexibility for some remote work. The consultant will be responsible for day to day tasks that include, recruiting and interviewing candidates, consulting with educational institutions and communicating with clients and candidates to understand their needs and match candidates to the appropriate job opportunities.

• Experience in an education recruitment role
• Strong interviewing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the education sector
• Motivated with a strong work ethic
