Education Administrator

Hybrid | £27,500 Actual Salary | Term Time + 3 Weeks (41 weeks) | 40 hours/week | 9am–5pm

Reed Further Education are recruiting for an experienced Education Administrator to support a specialist college for neurodiverse learners aged 16–24.

Your role will include:

  • Coordinating safer recruitment and pre-employment checks (DBS, references, Right to Work)
  • Maintaining an accurate and audit-ready Single Central Record
  • Supporting the college's EHCP/SEND processes, both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Prior administration experience (ideally in education or training)
  • Knowledge of safer recruitment and KCSIE guidance
  • Understanding of the EHCP/SEND process
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • A values-led, inclusive approach
