Reeson Education is looking for a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to work in nurseries and primary EYFS classrooms across Enfield from September 2025. This role is ideal for an Early Years Teaching Assistant with an interest in SEN who wants to make a difference in the lives of young children.
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting children with SEN including autism, SEMH, and communication difficulties. You'll provide tailored 1:1 and group support, ensuring every child can thrive in a nurturing environment.
Early Years Teaching Assistant - Role Overview:Full-time, term-time role beginning September 2025
Daily pay: £82.14 - £100
Roles available across Edmonton, Palmers Green, and Southgate
Deliver SEN support within early years classes and nurseries
A Level 2/3 qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant (or equivalent)
Previous experience supporting children with SEN (desirable)
A proactive, caring, and resilient attitude
Strong teamwork skills and commitment to inclusive education
