We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a happy and inclusive infant school in the London Borough of Wandsworth. As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will gain valuable experience working with EYFS children and build an impressive understanding towards your future career path.

Your Role as anEarly Years Teaching Assistant - EYFS

You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and educational support to children in their crucial early years. Working closely with the Nursery staff, you will help create a stimulating and nurturing environment for young learners. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support pupils' social, emotional, and educational development.
• Assist in planning and implementing creative and stimulating activities.
• Looking after children's daily physical needs.
• Collaborating with the Nursery team to create a safe and inclusive learning environment, ensuring the welfare and well-being of all children.

Requirements as anEarly Years Teaching Assistant - EYFS

• Experience in working with early years/primary-aged children.
• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Bubbly and engaging personality

Key Information

• £105 - £110 a day
• Mon-Fri 08:00am - 16.00pm
• Term time only
• Long-term until the end of the Academic year (scope for permanent contact)
• Located in the London Borough of Wandsworth
