Location: Tower Hamlets - Near Bethnal Green StationStart Date: 15th September 2025Contract: Full-time, Term-time onlyDaily Rate: £90 - £105 (depending on experience)

An ambitious and inclusive primary school in Tower Hamlets, close to Bethnal Green Station, is seeking a skilled Early Years Learning Support Assistant (Early Years LSA) to provide support in Nursery and Reception from September.

As an Early Years LSA, you will play a key part in supporting pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Duties include:

• Assisting children to access learning and participate fully in class activities.

• Supporting speech, language, and communication development.

• Encouraging positive play, social skills, and independence.

• Working with the class teacher to adapt resources and activities.

• Monitoring progress and contributing to reviews of individual plans.

The school is looking for an Early Years LSA who:

• Has previous EYFS or SEN experience (desirable but not essential).

• Demonstrates patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for early years education.

• Can use initiative while also working as part of a collaborative team.

• Holds an up-to-date DBS (or is willing to apply).

• A supportive leadership team and professional development opportunities.

• A welcoming and inclusive environment where staff and pupils feel valued.

• Excellent transport links via Bethnal Green Station.

• Daily pay between £90 - £105, based on experience.
