• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across Early Years programmes (Levels 1-3), tailored to a variety of learning needs.
• Design, develop, and adapt high-quality teaching materials and schemes of work aligned with curriculum requirements.
• Monitor student progress, attendance, and achievement, while fostering a positive and well-managed learning environment.
• Assess learner work, provide meaningful feedback, and support students in reaching their academic and personal goals.
• Take on course leadership duties and contribute to curriculum development as appropriate.

• A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics (GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent).
• A Level 5 Teaching Qualification, or the willingness to obtain one within three years of employment.
• Experience supporting learners of varying needs and abilities in an educational setting.
• A solid understanding of current teaching practices and a strong commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
