Academics is looking for a passionate Early Years Enhanced Learning Provision Practitioner to support children aged 0-5 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a welcoming primary school in Epsom.

• Deliver 1:1 and group support based on IEPs/EHCPs.

• Create an inclusive, nurturing environment.

• Work with SENCOs, teachers, and external professionals.

• Engage parents/carers and track children's progress.

• Support personal care routines when needed.

• Experience in Early Years (EYFS).

• Strong understanding of SEND.
