What You’ll Do

• Create stimulating learning environments that spark curiosity and growth.
• Plan and deliver activities that promote physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
• Take on the role of Key Person, building strong partnerships with families.
• Support inclusivity and celebrate diversity in every aspect of the setting.
• Observe and assess children’s development, using technology to keep parents engaged and informed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and take part in exciting training and development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years - Level 6 OR QTS preferred
• Experience working with children under 5.
• A genuine passion for child development and early years education.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, engaging personality.
• Dedication to creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment.
