The Early Careers Advisor will play a key role in supporting the recruitment, development, and retention of early career talent within the industrial and manufacturing sector. This is a permanent role based in Ibstock, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of professionals.

Description

  • Manage and coordinate early careers recruitment, including apprenticeships and graduate programmes.
  • Provide guidance and support to early careers candidates throughout their journey, from onboarding to development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for early careers talent across the organisation.
  • Organise and attend career fairs, school visits, and recruitment events to promote opportunities.
  • Support the design and delivery of training and development programmes tailored to early careers talent.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and performance of early careers participants.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies related to early careers initiatives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for managers and mentors involved in early careers programmes.

Profile

A successful Early Careers Advisor should have:

  • Knowledge in recruitment or career development, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple programmes effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in recruitment and development.
  • A passion for supporting early careers talent and fostering their growth.
  • Can commute to Ibstock 5 days a week.
