Early Career Teachers - PortsmouthAre you an ECT who is struggling to gain a permanent placement?Do you wish to gain experience in a wide variety of schools before committing to a full time position?We have had an intensely busy year so far and we are anticipating a huge need for teachers in September. This includes potential daily supply opportunities for ECTs, which could potentially lead into long-term placements.

We are looking for teachers available in the Portsmouth area! Early Career Teachers - PortsmouthEssential attributes we are hoping for in an ECT:

• Having a can-do, positive, and confident attitude.
• Knowing the practices and values of successful learning and teaching in the classroom.
• Being able to establish routines and disciplinary strategies by following the schools own behaviour policies.
• A good team player so that you are able to work closely with fellow staff members and ultimately can maximise students learning together.
