EA to Founder - Hedge Fund - Tiger Recruitment : Job Details

Job Title: EA to Founder – Hedge Fund  Location: London, West End (5 days in office)Salary: £80,000 - £130,000 (will pay higher for exceptional individuals already earning at this level)  We are looking for an exceptional EA to support the Founder of a Hedge Fund based in the heart of London’s West End (W1). The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or Principal within a Hedge Fund, Family Office, or Private Equity environment, coupled with a strong understanding of “markets” and the pressure points associated with them. This role is a fully on-site role, 5 days in the office. Key Responsibilities:

• Heavy diary & meeting management
• Travel coordination across multiple time zones
• Expense management

Key Requirements:

• Proven EA experience at CEO, Founder, or Principal level within a Hedge Fund, Family Office, or PE setting
• Knowledge and interest in AI is highly desirable
• Tech savvy
• Aptitude to improve processes and ways of working is highly desirable
• Strong academic background - ideally Master’s level, with a minimum requirement of Graduate level
