Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer
  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodation bookings.
  • Act as a key point of contact, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in organising events and meetings, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the wider team as required

Profile

A successful EA to the Chief Medical Officer should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, healthcare would be a plus but supporting at C-suite is more important than having worked in healthcare
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Confidence in liaising with senior stakeholders and managing expectations.
  • A professional attitude and high level of discretion when handling confidential matters

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary in the range of £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on the candidate)
