A leading interior design company are seeking a highly organised and resilient PA to support their MD, based in West London. This is a varied, high-impact role where you’ll be a central point of contact for the executive team, with the opportunity to grow into a true right-hand support.Role: PA to MDLocation: West LondonWorking Pattern: 5 days in office initially, with flexibility developing over timeSalary: £45-65k, DOEKey Responsibilities:
- Complex diary management and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Organising international travel, meetings, and events
- Preparing reports and business documents
- Liaising with internal departments and acting as a link between the MD and wider business
- Light personal support
- Supporting recruitment and HR processes alongside the HR team
- Handling ad hoc tasks including letters, meeting notes, and general office coordination
- Assisting in team celebrations, offsites, and seasonal events
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience as a PA or EA within the same space
- Strong Microsoft office skills - especially understanding pivot tables
- Highly organised and emotionally intelligent
- Resilient and calm under pressure, with a solutions-focused mindset
- Ideally experience within interior design or a creative industry
- Confident stepping into a decision-making role
