If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in the President's Office of our client's esteemed educational organisation! We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive and confidential support to our client's dynamic Senior Leadership Team.
?? Position: Executive Assistant
?? Contract Type: Temporary
?? Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm)
?? Hourly Rate: £18.70 - £22.85
? Key Responsibilities:
Customer Focus:
- Welcome guests and organise high-profile events.
- Support staff with meeting arrangements, travel, and project administration.
Planning & organising:
- Manage diaries, travel, meetings, and events with precision.
- Prepare and distribute materials for meetings and committees.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Handle internal and external communications effectively.
- Stay informed on key strategic projects within the office.
Problem Solving:
- Use your initiative to prioritise tasks and work autonomously.
- Provide project support through research and documentation.
Taking Responsibility:
- Assist in decision-making related to strategic developments.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect data protection protocols.
Budgetary Controls:
- Monitor budgets and identify discrepancies using spreadsheets.
??? Essential Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience with electronic databases and event management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to understand and monitor budgetary processes.
