As the e-Learning Manager, you will collaborate with faculty and organisational staff to pioneer new learning technologies supporting the educational mission of the Medical Membership Organisation.

Job Title: e-Learning manager
Salary: £40,000 - £44000/annum
Location: Central London
Hybrid: 2 days in the office
Responsible To: Director of Education
Responsible for: Video producer and Digital event assistant
Responsibilities:
- Manage e-learning content creation with subject specialists, including video courses and online learning library materials.
- Lead instructional design for video courses and oversee content review for relevance and promotion within the community.
- Drive e-learning projects and system implementation, developing plans, and managing timelines.
- Oversee the digital team, providing support and facilitating training opportunities.
- Promote the use of educational technologies, providing guidance and delivering training sessions.
- Lead the development of new e-learning initiatives, encouraging innovation and identifying growth opportunities.
- Provide event management support for digitally delivered events as needed.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Proven experience in managing e-learning projects and content creation.
- Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage budgets effectively.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and digital event platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Innovative mindset, with a passion for staying updated on emerging educational technologies.
- Ensure adherence to process documentation and continuous improvement in quality standards.
- Attend internal and external training courses to enhance skills and knowledge regularly.
- Comply with health and safety policies and personnel practices, attending mandatory seminars as required.
