• Log, manage, and resolve Dynamics 365 CE support requests, escalating where appropriate.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues via phone, email, and occasional site visits.
• Carry out system customisations such as creating fields, updating forms, configuring business rules, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
• Work with security roles, user permissions, and data handling tasks (exporting, validating, re-importing).
• Support project-related work including new implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer systems and contribute ideas for improvement.

About YouWe are looking for someone with:

• 2-3 years' experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Strong understanding of customisation, workflows, business rules, and security settings.
• Experience in a support environment, ideally within an MSP or internal IT/CRM team.
• Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical issues into clear explanations for customers and colleagues.

Desirable skills (not essential):

• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with Active Directory / Entra ID user management.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript (and an interest in developing skills in C#, HTML, CSS, React).
