• Leading shifts and being that calm, capable presence on the floor.
• Greeting guests like old friends and keeping our service smooth, slick and full of soul.
• Supporting, motivating and training your front of house team — and being their go-to when the pressure’s on.
• Handling issues with a cool head and turning tricky situations into positives.
• Making sure the restaurant looks, feels and performs at its best every day.

• A natural leader with hospitality running through their veins.
• Someone who knows how to bring the energy and still stay organised under pressure.
