We're working with a UKAS-accredited consultancy that's on the lookout for a Dual Trained Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to join their growing East Midlands operation. This is your chance to work across a varied project portfolio, from domestic properties to major commercial sites - where no two days are the same.

?? What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out Management, Refurbishment & Demolition surveys in line with HSG264
• Performing air monitoring and four-stage clearance in compliance with HSG248
• Preparing accurate, detailed reports using specialist software
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Maintaining high health & safety standards and adhering to all compliance protocols

�? What We're Looking For

• BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualifications (or RSPH equivalent)
• Experience working across both commercial and domestic environments
• Strong knowledge of UKAS procedures and asbestos legislation
• Proactive and professional approach with excellent communication skills
• A full UK driving licence is essential
