Dove & Hawk is thrilled to announce a partnership with one of Northwest London's market leaders, offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join their team in Kensal Rise.They're on the lookout for a motivated and ambitious Sales and Lettings Negotiator to elevate our services and drive success in both sales and lettings.Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of properties available for both sales and lettings.
• Proactively seek out new listings, both on and off the market, within the local area.
• Conduct property viewings and effectively present residences to potential buyers and tenants.
• Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants, as well as sellers and buyers.
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships, overseeing the progression of both sales and lettings transactions.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional service across all aspects of the business.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential sales and lettings negotiation is essential, preferably in NW London.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Eagerness to continuously expand knowledge and skills within the real estate industry.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all transactions.

Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 Basic / £40K+ OTECommission Structure: 8-10% up to £80K / 15% above £80KWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:00, with Saturday availability by appointment only.This is an incredible opportunity to join a highly successful company with ample room for growth and advancement.
