About the RoleA fantastic opportunity has become available for a dedicated and creative Drama Teacher to join a thriving secondary school near Watford. This is a full-time, permanent position starting in September 2025.

You will be teaching Drama across KS3-KS4, with the possibility of KS5 depending on experience. The role involves planning and delivering engaging, performance-based lessons that inspire students and develop their confidence, creativity, and appreciation for the performing arts. The school welcomes applications from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers.

Candidate Requirements

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

• Commitment to inclusive teaching and student wellbeing
• Willingness to contribute to productions, clubs, and extracurricular opportunities
